1. What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, email, gender, phone, school, and role-specific details (class, subjects, or child links). Content you create — messages, tasks, notes, flashcards — is stored so you can access it across devices.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run your account, deliver features you asked for (AI assistant, notifications, progress reports for parents), keep the community safe, and improve Pento.

3. Who can see what

• Your private data (notes, tasks, AI chats) is visible only to you.
• Parents can only see progress for children they linked and who accepted.
• Admins can see profile and role information for moderation.
• Public content (announcements, magazines, articles) is visible to everyone.

4. AI

AI conversations are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not sell your data. AI history is saved to your account so you can revisit it.

5. Your choices

You can update your profile, delete content, or request account deletion by contacting support.
